Olive Oil-from hervest to press

A day with Machres Shik and family harvesting their olives trees at Kalil, Western Galilee. At the end of the day the freshly harvested olive fruit is trucked in sacks to Caise Suliman's Cold Press at the village of Abu Sinan, where fine virgin olive oil is made. -This yearly harvesting happening brings the Druze families together, it is a bond with their land, their trees and with their tradition.
